Lifeline Assistance

If you experience financial difficulties that affect your ability to pay for telephone or Internet installation and service to your residence, the Federal Government’s Lifeline program may be available to assist you with those costs.

Lifeline provides qualified consumers with a discount on monthly charges for their primary home phone line.

If your household income is below Federal Poverty guidelines, or you participate in programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8), your family may be eligible for assistance from Lifeline and Link-Up.
